1. Free Discovery Call & Walkthrough
Book a free 15-minute call to talk about your home, your listing date and your goals. CoCo then walks through every room and decides what stays, what moves and what's missing.
2. Your Item List
We use your own furniture and décor first and add only what's missing. You receive a general list of the items we add, and anything we add is yours to keep.
3. Staging Day
Scheduled within 2–5 days and installed in a single visit. Every room is restyled for photos and showings. Payment: 80% to book your date, 20% on staging day.
